An energetic full body workout that is low impact but offers a high calorie burn. This 55 minute workout hones in on all the spots we struggle with most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. Class starts with a warm up to get your heart rate up and set the tone for class. Next abdominals and arm work using light weights. We use the barre as a prop during thighs and seat work. We finish on the mat with more abdominals and final stretches. What more could you ask for!
