After practicing yoga for a few years, Hannah stumbled into her first barre class at Moksha Yoga Charlottetown in the Fall of 2013. With years of practicing various styles of dance, mainly hip-hop and step, she soon fell in love with this style of being active and thought it was a great way to switch up her regular yoga practice. She loved how it was a low-impact activity that was suitable for all levels of fitness, having dance experience or not. So when the opportunity came up to start teaching she went for it in hopes to share this unique style of fitness with others!
Besides staying active, she enjoys summer, sailing, nature walks, fine food & wine, procrastinating her nursing studies, and most importantly spending time with her daughter and better half!
She hopes to continue to learn and grow from both her students and the supportive teachers at MYC, so that she can continue to provide quality and safe exercise that will leave her students with a sense of accomplishment and peace of mind!
