Celebrate Chinese New Year with the Dragon Dance. This dynamic flow practice lead by Samantha Sambrooke, will stimulate the flow of energy (prana or chi) by combining Taoist movements with Indian yoga. The Dragon Dance builds up in cycles and stages.
In the end of the flow or yang practice, we’ll end with some slower yin poses. This class is open to all levels and will not be heated.
