Moksha Prenatal Yoga
Join Karen every Tuesday at 4:30pm for a 60 min Moksha Prenatal Yoga class.
Prenatal Yoga uses postures and breathing to assist mothers-to-be in discovering a deeper sense of relaxation, body awareness and mindful body movement. Gain flexibility, focus and strength through a gentle practice that is designed especially for the pregnant woman’s needs, using the Moksha series as a foundation. Postures will be modified using props to suit the needs of each woman. Classes are unheated and drop in. No pre-registration required.
It is never to early or too late to start prenatal yoga. We look forward to seeing all of you mamas to be this coming Tuesday.
