When I started yoga in my early twenties it added zest, colour, and magic to my daily life as well as added flexibility in my body. Later on in my twenties I sort of lost yoga to university, relationships, work and so on and so forth. As a result I started to lose sight of the magic and beauty that is around us everyday. Signing up and committing to the Moksha/Modo Teacher Training in Nicaragua was the best decision I have made in the last 10 years since first stepping onto the mat. The training like an ocean wave smashed that beauty back into my life. Jeremy Van Walsh Nicaragua, Teacher Training Graduate, 2015
