Lite follows the Moksha Yoga sequence of postures designed for all levels and is practiced to a slightly reduced heat. Great for the new practitioner wanting to try out hot yoga, but unsure of the “hot” aspect of the class. The instructor will offer many modifications for beginners as well as how to use some props to assist your practice. The room is warm so a yoga mat is required and a towel is highly suggested which you can bring or rent at the studio.
