Pre-natal Moksha

Pre-natal Moksha uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help mothers-to-be discover a deeper sense of peace and relaxation. Gain flexibility, focus, strength, and awareness through a gentle practice that is designed especially for the pregnant woman’s needs, using the Moksha series as a foundation. Postures will be modified using props to suit the needs of each woman. Classes are unheated and drop in. No pre-registration required.
