30 Day Challenge October 1 – 30
It’s our favourite time of year! 30 Day Challenge time! Sign up begins on September 15th. Practice every day for 30 days and discover the benefits of a daily practice. Be supported by your Moksha Yoga Charlottetown community and have a lot of fun along the way. Your 30 Day Challenge membership includes:
- 30 days of unlimited yoga
- Challenge goodie bag!
- 4 workshops
- October 15th 3:30pm: Straps and Blocks with Kenny
- October 22nd 3:30pm: Guided Meditation with Jane
- October 29th 3:30pm: Intro to Moksha Fit with Britt
- Prizes along the way
- End of challenge party on Monday October 30th!
Sign up online starting September 15th. Space is limited to 80 participants so we encourage you to sign up early. On October 1st, come to class and pick up your challenge goodie bag, make sure your name is on the challenge board and for every class you take (yoga, barre, fit, yin, workshops), give yourself a sticker!
