Fertility Mindset Retreat
A Day to Support Healing and New Beginnings

This day long retreat is designed to support women in their journeys to become mothers. Suitable for women for whom motherhood might be taking longer than planned. You could be dealing with a loss, considering, or about to or even going through fertility treatments. It will consist of meditation, yoga, yoga nidra and connection to self and others going through similar challenges.
Beginning with a restorative yoga practice and including a session to honour past pains, loss and disappointments with registered psychologist, Barbara Jones. This retreat is specifically designed to create a foundation of possibility, hope and empowerment over ones health. The day will also incorporate essential oils, meditation and yoga nidra. A light and nutritious snack to be provided by Rawsome.
Genevieve Loughlin will be leading this program. Genevieve (B.Comm, M.A.) is a certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher and is a certified Yoga Life Coach and Prenatal Yoga Teacher (www.genevieveloughlin.com). Currently she teaches Flow at Moksha and leads the Trauma Sensitive Yoga Program at Serene View Ranch (www.sereneviewranch.com). Genevieve is an doTERRA Wellness Advocate. After six years of unexplained infertility, she went through three cycles of IVF and is now the mom to two toddlers.
Facilitating the meditation segment and group session is Barbara Jones, M.A., Registered Psychologist. Trained as a contemplative psychotherapist, mindfulness practices are embedded in all Barb’s work. Barb has worked extensively with individuals and families presenting with issues including: depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges, chronic illness, end of life and bereavement. Based at Serene View Ranch, Barb facilitates support groups using mindfulness and meditation, as well as providing assessment services and working with individual adults.
