Looking to take your training to the next level? In this class you will learn useful tools to further your training and compliment your existing athletic endeavors. We will use yoga to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, range of motion, mindfulness and determination, resulting in better performance in your sport pursuits, a cleared mind and an overall transformation in how you can use yoga as a tool to provide success everywhere else in your training, and in life. This class caters to everyday athletes(anyone that moves!), runners, cyclists, swimmers, golfers and includes anyone that thinks they’re “too stiff to do yoga”. Emphasis will be on opening the hips, hamstrings and lower body, building core strength, optimizing breathing, establishing balance and restoration of the mind and body. This class is geared to all levels and complimenting anyone that would like to balance their body from the inside out with a mix of Hatha/Vinyasa/Yin/Meditation.
