Relax, counteract stress, awaken creativity, improve sleep. These are just a few of the benefits that may be experienced through Yoga Nidra. In the first 2-hour session (September 20th 7pm-9pm) you’ll create a personal mantra (sankalpa) and experience a full practice. The following 7 Tuesday nights will consist of a one-hour practice of Yoga Nidra (7:30-8:30pm). An audio download to practice at home will also be included. Space is limited.
